So sorry I haven't posted updates for a little while. Things have been so busy here! Anyway, how are you all doing? Are you having any trouble keeping on track?
Today is day 29 and that means that TOMORROW is day 30! Why is this important? Because once we reach 30 days, our bodies have been able to rearrange things and can finally function the way they need to!
Keep it up - you're doing great! And remember, if you eat grains, just start over from there. It's ok! If you need any help figuring out what meals to add to your daily/weekly planning, check out my recipe section. I would be interested in any recipes you have come up with that follow the Paleo regimen! I'm always searching for something new!
